The strength of a company's commitment to health, safety and the environment is determined by the conviction of its management and the execution of its QHSE system by all of its employees.
|QHSE Management System
A QHSE Management System defines our commitment to health, safety and the environment at both a company and personal level. The company's ultimate goal is to eliminate all injuries and environmental incidents from the work place. Our policies are our global statement of intent for health, safety and environmental protection. As a company and on an individual employee level, we will monitor and measure our QHSE performance to ensure that we are continually meeting objectives and improving our systems.
|QHSE practices are properly planned and executed.
No job is so urgent or so important that it is worth the risk of injury to any individual or damage to the environment. Risk assessment and risk management are a pro-active, aggressive approach to QHSE issues. Stock Xchange focuses on the identification of hazards, the assessment of risks and the control of those risks to prevent accidents and will ensure that third parties meet the same standards of our internal expectations and our clients.
|Safe systems of work include both safety and occupational health issues. Providing information and guidance on safety issues related to the purchase and use of work equipment, work permits, lockout/tag out, confined-space entry, transport of hazardous materials, driver safety and is an ongoing process.
|Incident reporting, documentation and investigation.
|By maintaining detailed, accurate records Stock Xchange will target, measure and report on specific operations so we can benchmark our performance and make sure that we are always improving.
|Monitoring and continual improvement of the QHSE Management System provides a transparent assessment of our processes effectiveness. The information obtained during assessments is used to improve performance and enhance our culture.
Every individual employee is responsible for working safely, in an environmentally responsible manner and ensuring that fellow employees do the same.
